Refund Policy

Physical Books

30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for physical books. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the book within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Condition Requirements: Books must be returned in their original condition, free from damage, markings, or wear beyond what would be expected from normal inspection. Books that show signs of extensive reading or damage may be subject to a reduced refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong book or a defective product).

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Digital Products (E-books)

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Due to the nature of digital products, we offer a limited 7-day satisfaction guarantee for e-books. If you are not satisfied with your e-book purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a refund on digital products, you must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine are not made in good faith.

Access Termination: Upon refund of a digital product, your access to the e-book will be terminated.

Exceptions: Refunds are not available for digital products that have been downloaded more than once or accessed on multiple devices, as this indicates usage of the product.
